At Le P’tit Loup, your child’s comfort (and yours) is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 60-day trial guarantee, under the conditions outlined below.
60-Day Trial Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if:

The product has a manufacturing defect

The product arrives damaged

The product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or effectiveness
👉 Please note that the guarantee does not apply to delivery delays, which may occur due to factors beyond our control (carriers, high-demand periods, weather conditions, etc.).
Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition (normal wear from trial use is accepted).

Requests based solely on delivery delays are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
