Return & Refund Policy

At Le P’tit Loup, your child’s comfort (and yours) is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 60-day trial guarantee, under the conditions outlined below.


60-Day Trial Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or effectiveness

👉 Please note that the guarantee does not apply to delivery delays, which may occur due to factors beyond our control (carriers, high-demand periods, weather conditions, etc.).


Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition (normal wear from trial use is accepted).

  • Requests based solely on delivery delays are not eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the situation.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@leptitloup.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

  2. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions.


Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since confirmation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@leptitloup.com.
