Shipping Policy

At Le P’tit Loup, we handle your orders with care and efficiency. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, delivery areas, and order tracking.


1) Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link, when available.


2) Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping: approximately 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your address, peak periods (holidays, sales), or circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, carriers, etc.).


3) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/volume of the items.

When available, free shipping may apply above a certain purchase amount (as indicated in the cart or at checkout).


4) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link (when provided by the carrier) will be sent to you by email so you can follow your package in real time.


5) Shipping Address & Modifications

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (apartment number, postal code, etc.).

If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@leptitloup.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is already being processed or shipped.


6) Delivered Packages & Delivery Notices

If the carrier leaves a delivery notice or places the package in a location deemed secure, the delivery may be considered completed.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or because it was not claimed, we may offer a reshipment (additional fees may apply) or a refund in accordance with our return policy.


7) Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at info@leptitloup.com and include your order number.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you until the matter is resolved (replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution).


8) Multiple-Item Orders & Preorders

Items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability (you will receive a tracking number for each shipment, when available).

For preorders or temporarily out-of-stock items, shipping will occur once the product is received at our warehouse. The estimated date will be indicated on the product page or at checkout, if applicable.


9) Returns & Refunds

You benefit from a 60-day no-condition return period after delivery.
